Eight Navy officers have been accused of having a raging $50,000 party with a rotating carousel of prostitutes and an orgy where General Douglas MacArthur memorabilia was used in sex acts.

The Justice Department says the alleged lewd behavior is part of a massive bribery case known as ‘Fat Leonard’, where tens of millions of dollars was swindled from the U.S. military, it was revealed on Tuesday.

The officials, including the Pentagon’s Rear Adm. Bruce Loveless, a senior Navy intelligence office, took bribes in the form of expensive gifts, prostitutes and ritzy hotel stays from 2006 to 2014, according to indictment documents.

In one instance, some of the men allegedly had a $50,000 ‘multi-day party with a rotating carousel of prostitutes’, emptying out the hotel’s supply of Dom Perignon. In another, they had an orgy using General Douglas MacArthur’s memorabilia in sexual acts.

In exchange for their fun, the military men would feed classified information to Leonard Glenn Francis – aka Fat Leonard – a Singapore-based defense contractor who pleaded guilty to using the knowledge to defraud the military out of millions.

Including Loveless, the other Navy men who were recently indited were Capt. Donald Hornbeck, Capt. David Newland, Capt. James Dolan, Capt. David Lausman, Lt. Cmdr. Stephen Shedd, Cmdr. Mario Herrera and Chief Warrant Officer Robert Gorsuch.

Also named in the indictment was Marine Col. Enrico de Guzman. Dolan was the only active serviceman.

The indictment, first reported by the Washington Post, accuses the Navy officers of partaking in the bribes while based in Japan and on the Navy’s 7th Fleet.

In May 2008, Francis footed the cost for several of the officers, including Loveless, Hornbeck, Dolan, Lausman and Shedd, to stay at the Shangri-La Hotel in the Presidential Suite and the men had a ‘raging multi-day party, with a rotating carousel of prostitutes’.

They reportedly drank every bottle of the hotel’s Dom Perignon champagne, and racked up a bill of $50,000, not including prostitute fees.

In the following days, the men emailed Francis to thank him for their wild time, mentioning how much they enjoyed themselves, according to the documents.
