The ZDF Heute Show is a comedy/satire show
airing weekly on friday evenings. It is not “the News”.

It is, as said above, comedy and not “the opinion of the
german people” or “the opinion of the government” or in
any way more then a joke.

In particular Dietmar Wischmeyer does jokes like that
about everyone.
